Sightengine Terms of Service (summary)
IsItAI relies on the Sightengine API ("genai" model) to estimate whether an image is AI-generated. Sightengine is operated by Kozelo SAS, a company registered in France. Because your uploaded images are transmitted to Sightengine's servers for analysis, Sightengine's own Terms of Service and policies apply to that processing, in addition to Printiverse's own legal notice.

Key points to know
- Who operates the service: Sightengine is provided by Kozelo SAS (RCS Versailles), a French company, and disputes are governed by French law under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
- What data is sent: the image files you submit through IsItAI are transmitted to Sightengine's API purely to compute an AI-detection score. Sightengine processes this data to deliver the analysis and may retain limited data as described in its own Privacy Policy.
- Results are advisory only: Sightengine does not guarantee the accuracy of the AI-detection scores, recommendations or conclusions returned by its API. The results should be treated as an aid to human judgment, not as definitive proof.
- Acceptable use: the API may not be used for illegal content, to attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer the underlying models, or in ways that violate Sightengine's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Liability is limited: like most SaaS API providers, Sightengine's Terms of Service include limitation-of-liability and "as is" disclaimers, in particular for any free or trial usage tier.
